Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Manager to be responsible for driving sales results for a client in the satellite entertainment industry. Serving as a client business partner, this position is an extension of the client, working closely with our client's sales representatives. Duties include but are not limited to:  training the sales representatives, developing and modifying sales scripts, and managing the sales team for improved performance. Work directly with client front-line call center employees; coaching Supervisors, Managers and center leadership. Use group trainings, shadowing/observation techniques, side-by-side coaching and role playing to demonstrate and educate employees about sales techniques. Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining client presentation standards. Qualifications: 3+ years' sales and/or training experience on a video entertainment service or telecommunications service in a retail, call center, or indirect environment 2+ years' experience selling or training on a service that requires a contract and installation Working knowledge of the satellite and cable television technology industry highly desired

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
