Position
Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to scan our paper files into electric files and our HR database system, Paylocity.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.
Duties and
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Associates or Bachelor's Degree is a plusAbility to sit and process high-volume data entry for majority of the 8-hour shiftGreat computer/typing sills Ability to handle confidential information with discretionExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAssist in various data management and administrative tasks as neededLanguage Skills:
Ability to read, and interpret technical procedures in EnglishAbility to effectively communicate in EnglishMathematical Skills:
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
